Works on the venue’s own plan
Stand Command calibrates the venue’s own floor plan, so you can create, shape, rotate and reshape stands to scale. Aisle widths are measured against your minimum requirements. The venue’s physical obstacles, such as columns, are drawn over everything, because a column hidden under a stand on the plan is a column discovered at bump‑in.
Prices what it draws
Stand fees and showcase costs are tracked by what is on the plan. Each stand carries its furniture allowance, and anything beyond it is charged at your chosen rates. The exhibitor Stand Sheet shows a running total of costs based on what furniture or showcases they add to their stand, which is mirrored on the fair organiser’s software.
Keeps the records
Exhibitor, supplier and staff directories live beside the plan. Allocate a stand to an exhibitor and the plan carries their name. Tick off applications, deposits and payments, and the running totals follow. Alternative layouts are saved as schemes of the same fair, so they all share the same directories.
Talks to your exhibitors
Each exhibitor gets a Stand Sheet of their own: a single file that opens anywhere, showing their stand, their included furniture and the hire list at your prices. They arrange their stand fitout on it and send it back; you import the file and confirm. Nothing is retyped, and anything they ask for beyond what they were sent is flagged when you load it.
One file is the whole point
Stand Command is a single HTML file. Open it in a browser and that is the tool. There is nothing to install, nothing to host, nothing to subscribe to, and no login between you and the plan. It works offline in the hall at bump‑in. Layouts save as plain files and reopen exactly as saved, so the file is the backup and a copy on a USB stick is the whole disaster plan. The Stand Sheets you send exhibitors are the same kind of file, so they open on whatever computer the exhibitor has.
See it working
The demo is a complete working copy of the tool, configured for the fictional Port Meridian fair — its own hall, its own furniture and price list, an example layout, the exhibitors on it, and the Stand Sheet one of them would receive. It goes to fair organisers by email, on request.
Configured for your fair
Every fair gets its own copy: the floor plan calibrated, the stand types and sizes, the furniture and the suppliers’ showcases, the prices, the dates, and your name on every file and Stand Sheet. You send the venue plan and the price list. What comes back is a single file that is yours. The setting-up is done for you. This is a planning tool with a person behind it, not a platform.
